Aeon seeks an Executive Assistant to provide a high level of support to the COO and CFO. The position requires an experienced, organized and detail oriented, self-starter who enjoys supporting organizational leadership in a variety of ways. This polished professional will be a seeker of excellence thriving in a fast paced environment while being resourceful and meeting tight deadlines.
|Duties:||Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:|
•Support and lead special projects including research, data collection, drafting and information analysis on a variety of topics and/or issues
•Support for meetings for Aeon’s leadership management team, which includes responsibility for agendas, minutes, materials and logistics
•Coordinate, update and maintain organizational documents, files and other information systems
•Create and prepare correspondence, presentations and reports
•Filing and other general administrative duties
•Proof and edit a wide variety of documents
•Manage calendars, arrange meetings and coordinate travel
•Community relations and general meeting coordination
|Qualifications:||•At least five consecutive years of administrative support experience required (executive administrative support is highly preferred).|
•Educational Experience: BA or greater preferred
•Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.) - database experience helpful
•Calendar management experience required (Microsoft Outlook)
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to relate effectively with a diverse variety of individuals
•Must have the ability to work independently and appropriately handle confidential information
•Independent judgment to plan, prioritize and execute diverse workload
•Ability to meet tight deadlines is critical
•Accurate data entry skills and exceptional ability to edit for spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors
•Strong project management skills and an ability to multi-task with attention to detail and follow through
•Solid and proven work ethic and outstanding organizational skills
•Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively
•Must demonstrate poise, tact and diplomacy
