Aeon seeks a temporary full-time leasing agent to provide a strong level of sales support to the property manager for a property located in Brooklyn Center. This polished, outgoing professional will be a seeker of excellence thriving in a fast paced environment. This position requires a strong sales-oriented individual who is resourceful and meets tight deadlines. The ideal candidate must be highly goal-oriented. | Qualifications: | •High school diploma or equivalent required
•One or more years leasing or retail experience preferred
•Proven ability to deal well with people and make them feel comfortable
•Proven ability to “close” a sale
•Working knowledge of basic accounting practices
•Proven ability to work in a team atmosphere
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
•Proven ability to organize and prioritize work projects
•Follow and adhere to organizational policies and procedures
•Must have vehicle and vehicle insurance
Work Hours:
Temporary, full-time, including weeknight and weekend work. Must be flexible with schedule. Potential for permanent hire.
